Baby Class Terms and Conditions.
Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance via the website ‘contact us’ form or via email.
- Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your place in the class, if payment id not received your child’s place will not secured.
- We may also suspend supply of the classes if you do not pay. If you do not pay us for the classes when you are supposed to under these terms and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due, we have the discretion to suspend supply of the classes until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending supply of the classes. If you repeatedly miss payments, you may be refused future bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds
No automatic right to a refund. Unless you are cancelling your place during the 14 day cooling-off period, you shall not be entitled to a refund in any respect when you cancel or transfer your place.
- If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, you may be able to transfer your booking to a different session, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, and no transfers will be permitted.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another class.
- We may re-sell your place when you cancel. Where you cancel your Class place, we may at our absolute discretion try to sell your Class place to another customer.
Health and Safety
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children during the sessions.
- Any medical conditions or allergies should be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure the necessary precautions can be taken.
- Please do not attend the class if either you or your baby are unwell or showing signs of illness, to prevent the spread of infection. You must not bring your child to a class in the following circumstances:
they have had a fever or a cough within the 48 hours prior to the Class.
they have had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the 48 hours prior to the Class
they have heavy nasal discharge;
they have discharging eyes; or
they have symptoms of a possible communicable disease, including, but not limited to, Covid-19, measles, chicken pox, German measles, whooping cough, impetigo, scarlet fever, hand foot and mouth disease or norovirus.
- If the class teacher notices your child is unwell and this could be contagious to others you could be asked to leave the class to prevent further spread of infection, in this matter you will not receive a refund.
Class Environment
- Please arrive on time to ensure minimal disruption to the session.
- No food or drinks (except bottles or water) are allowed during the session to ensure cleanliness and avoid allergies.
Liability
- While we strive to ensure the safety of all participants, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the sessions.
- Parents are required to supervise their children at all times during the class.
Personal Belongings
- Please take responsibility for your own personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Photos and Videos
- Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes on social media platforms. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us beforehand.
- No personal photography or videography of other children is allowed without permission from the relevant parents or guardians.
Class Structure and Changes
- We reserve the right to change the class structure, activities, or location if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you as early as possible.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the class is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. These steps may include offering rescheduled dates for the Classes. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay and we are not able to reschedule the Classes, you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for the class.
- Your rights if we withdraw the supply of classes. We will contact you at least 3 days in advance to tell you we will be withdrawing the supply of classes in your area, and will inform you if there is an alternative Class Leader who can provide the class to you. Where an alternative Class Leader is available, you have the right to:
accept the Services being provided by an alternative Class Leader;
cancel the Contract as per your rights under these terms.
If we withdraw the Services and we cannot provide an alternative Class Leader, we will cancel the Contract and refund any sums you have paid in advance for Services which will not be provided.
Behaviour
- We aim to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in being asked to leave the class, with no refund offered.
By booking and attending our baby sensory classes, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms ensure both the provider and participants are protected, while creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.
